Attend this tour and learn more about the world of heat treating, brazing, chemical processing, and specialty coatings. The Tour will cover various types of heat treat processing, materials, applications, and metallurgy 101. Come away with a better understanding of your outsourced supply chain as well as the capabilities of an accredited heat treating and brazing job shop.
The business has been led by second generation family members since 2012, with Heather Falcone assuming the CEO role in 2019. The daughter of Steve Driscol, Heather spent most of her formative years living and breathing heat treating and brazing. After attending college at Fullerton College and California State University, Fullerton, Heather joined the business in 2003 and worked in many of the company’s operational and administrative roles. Heather is joined by three younger brothers who also work for the company.
